Job summary
CentiMark is seeking a full-time Service Sales Representative to support our Sales Teams in Miami, FL.The ideal candidate should be a self-starter and energetic, with the ability to develop estimates and grow our business.Year-end compensation for this position is between $75k - $100k and relocation assistance will be offered for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
• Self-generating opportunities, prospecting, and cold calling.• Marketing efforts through cold calling, performing site inspections, generating proposals, and selling commercial/industrial roofing projects.• Previous construction or industrial sales experience is required.
Requirements
• Commercial roofing experience/knowledge is required.• Experienced roofing estimators with roofing experience are preferred.• Salesforce CRM experience is preferred.• Experience in growing market share.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.• Must have a tenacious drive to sell and the ability to problem-solve.• Strong mathematics and computer skills are essential.• Strong organizational skills and sales tracking abilities.• Excellent Time Management and follow-up skills.
