Our web/content team is looking for a Senior Web Content Strategist to own our flagship website (forthepeople.com) and subsequent landing page experience. Our aim is to optimize our digital experience for conversions through clear messaging, premium design and audience insight to establish Morgan & Morgan as the very best choice of injury law firm. The right candidate will be an experienced content strategist that gets deep into audiences' minds, crafts winning messaging, and creates websites optimized for results. This role is cross-functional and works closely with multiple teams including design, web, SEO, and insights to drive all stages of research, implementation and testing. This is a senior position that interfaces with leadership and manages multiple stakeholders. Responsibilities: Own user experience: creating seamless, branded and premium pages Establish digital messaging, audience segmentation and enforce brand consistency Originate creative direction informed by data and strategic thinkingCollaborate closely with SEO and conversion rate optimization teams to identify areas for improvement and execute against test results, including KPIs such as time on page, pages in session and site actions Own full project lifecycle in partnership with research, design, engineering, and insights teamsLead a content team including content managers, writers and UX designers Qualifications: 10+ years of marketing experience, including eCommerce and/or B2C content management Experience working closely with designers, copywriters, and creative teams Experience managing timelines and projects with multiple stakeholdersExperience with web analytics platforms like Google Analytics 4, Google Universal Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Meta Business InsightsKnowledge of the legal landscape preferred, but not required 5+ years of content strategy experience in a highly analytical, digital driven environment3+ years of digital and web strategy.Please include a portfolio with your applicationProven experience in developing digital solutions for scalable products and owning the roadmap for implementationProven ability to come up with creative and effective user research approaches for various platforms and productsStrong project management skills with 2-4 years of experience directly leading a team Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in UI/UX, design, research, psychology or a related field#LI-SL1
