Responsible for measuring and managing performance to ensure the effectiveness of the team, and resolve issues as needed in support of maintenance and operations at one or more sites.Supervise team of Contract Controls Specialists and Materials Planning Specialists, including hiring team members, writing and conducting performance reviews and regularly provide feedback to employees, both verbally and written.Provide direction and oversight of all site sourcing activities, working closely in the field with customers.Manage and triage subordinates workload, including collaborative planning, master data requests, expedite requests, obsolescence, rotables, bulks, part changes and services requests.Monitor KPI and forecasting performance measures to ensure customer service levels are met and communicated. Responsible for measuring and monitoring direct reports' performance.Supervise the implementation of new or enhanced supply chain processes. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance.
