Responsibilities
• Shape large-scale, world-class hospitality projects• Work in diverse urban and rural contexts around the globe• Coordinate with clients, builders, and consultant teams• Manage projects with high expectations for design excellence and client satisfaction
Requirements
• Minimum 10-15 years of post-bachelors degree Architecture firm experience• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or another related field• Interest in sustainability issues and research and development• Experience working in Luxury Hospitality• Deep knowledge and comprehension of all phases of project design• Significant experience coordinating in-house team production• Solid track record of project delivery success• Experience with management tools such as Deltek, Smartsheet• Highly collaborative and creative• Detail and task-oriented work manner with a passion for excellence• Pro-active and dynamic in experiences and leadership
