Salary: $120k-$160k depending on experience
Requirement: 5+ years in construction, Commercial, Retail construction experience.

What You Will Be Doing Looking for a Project Manager with 5+ years experience in commercial, retail, or multi-family construction.
-Create and maintain a safe job site.
-Coordinate and supervise all construction activities.
-Create & maintain construction schedule, identify and solve problems.
-Order materials and schedule inspections as necessary throughout the process.
-Organize and direct all self-perform work on site.
-Direct the completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications. What You Need for this Position - 5+ years of Project Management experience
