Responsibilities
• Define and develop product vision and strategies• Create and own product roadmaps with associated metrics• Work closely with the UX/UI design team for optimization• Develop new product features based on customer needs• Collaborate on the creation of product development workflow• Lead and motivate the product team for successful delivery• Define goals and metrics for the product• Drive execution of product delivery across multiple platforms• Manage internal resources and external vendors• Support work within a globally dispersed team
Requirements
• 7+ years' experience in a similar role delivering market-leading DTC products• 5+ years' experience in an agile development environment• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience• Experience working with offshore development teams and SaaS vendors• Strong understanding of product, technology, market trends, and user behavior in sports streaming services• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Track record of delivering world-class OTT products• Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills• Ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize deliverables
