Senior Marketing Coordinator Location Hybrid work in Rancho Cordova, CA : What Your Day Will Look Like: We are looking for a driven individual, with a focus on high-quality proposal production, to join our creative, deadline-crushing team. This opportunity is ideal for someone who is passionate about persuasive writing, delights in crafting graphics that convey technical information simply, and collaborates effectively with others to produce winning results. Salary Range $70,000-95,000/ year, remote and hybrid work options available
What You'll Do: Plan, schedule, and coordinate marketing processes following standard procedures, including planning, review, and production of statements of qualifications, proposals, and other marketing/business development materials Manage the preparation and draft the content of proposals and SOQs Facilitate and lead storyboarding/proposal strategy planning meetings and development of proposal strategy and winning themes Engage senior technical and management staff to obtain necessary information and commitment for specific pursuits Verify complex technical solutions, strategies, and themes are easily understandable, readable, and compelling Manage proposal schedules and keeps internal staff and subconsultants on task reviews, organizes and edits written documentation to improve clarity Must have a keen eye for details in ensuring proposal compliance requirements are met Assist and/or coach technical staff for presentations and interview Able to recommend, prepare, and coordinate awards competition entries Collaborate with marketing team to improve standard materials and make continual improvements to marketing and proposal process
Provide graphic design support for a variety of materials including presentations, proposals, and interview boards Assist other marketing personnel and technical staff with proposal and marketing tasks Provide support to BD activities (capture planning, client feedback, CRM, etc.) What You'll Need: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field 5+ years A/E/C marketing experience CPSM certification a plus Knowledge of Adobe CC, MS Office, Deltek Vision Excellent writing and editing skills Relentless attention to detail and organization Excellent time management skills Ability to prioritize and multi-task Ability to independently manage a challenging workload when faced with unexpected changes in priorities and deadlines Ability to delegate tasks Strong initiative and ability to work without close supervision Strong ability to work within a collaborative team structure and encourage others to do so A sense of humor and grace under pressure Receive feedback constructively Strive towards continuous improvement A/E/C industry knowledge of:
