• Perform property assessments for insurance purposes• Conduct risk improvement services including training and consulting• Provide loss analysis and identify trends• Travel within a reasonable territory for inspections• Upload completed reports and photos on web-based systems
Requirements
• Minimum 10 years' experience with a major carrier or as an independent contractor• Extensive understanding of commercial property and casualty lines• Strong communication and organizational skills• Excellent time management skills• Professional certifications preferred but not required• Ability to travel within a reasonable territory
