The Senior Human Resource Business Partner is a key team member and strategic partner with primary responsibility for managing employee relations, administrative/project-based priorities, enforcement of the human resources policies, procedures, and programs. At this level, the ideal candidate is well versed in a variety of human resources disciplines and commands a solid understanding of the technical principles, interviewing techniques, critical thinking and deductive reasoning skills, and legal frameworks governing the investigation process. NVISION is on a growth path and this role will assist with the initial visit and onboarding of new acquisitions.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (To Include but not limited to):
Conduct workplace investigations. Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
Manage all paperwork and administrative duties for employees on FMLA, CFRA, and PDL etc.
Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
Assists with disciplinary issues as well as termination meetings, and conduct exit interviews, gathering trends to identify new opportunities.
Coach managers to effectively provide feedback and to help grow people leadership skills as well as provide coaching to managers on writing and conducting effective goals and/or evaluations.
Assist leaders with decisions regarding compensation increases and bonuses and facilitates the roll-out of annual performance processes in collaboration with Admin and Finance teams.
Maintain and update job descriptions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state employment law and compliance requirements.
Monthly reconciliation of healthcare benefits and invoices.
Occasional travel to new sites and sites within area of oversight
Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
5+ years of Human Resources experience in a generalist capacity.
Multi-State and/or Multi Site Human Resources experience a plus.
Bachelor's degree required.
HR Certificate and/or a PHR, PHR, SHRM-CP or equivalent preferred or appropriate combination of education and experience.
Must have broad knowledge of labor laws, Federal and State regulations
