As a Growth Marketing Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital marketing campaigns to propel business growth. We are seeking a dynamic individual who is passionate about digital marketing, possesses a knack for problem-solving, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Location: Menlo Park, San Francisco, Austin, New York, or fully remote.
Responsibilities:
Create and execute marketing campaigns utilizing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Ads.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within marketing systems, collaborating with the appropriate teams for solutions.
Conduct quality assurance checks on ad creatives and landing page content prior to launch.
Analyze campaign performance metrics to derive insights and inform future strategies.
Efficiently manage tasks to meet service level agreements (SLAs) while maintaining high standards of work.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance campaign efficiency.
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, creative, and data science teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Conduct comprehensive reviews and QA of digital marketing campaigns to ensure optimal messaging and customer experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.
4+ years of marketing experience.
1+ years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, SEM, display, email).
Proficiency with Salesforce and marketing automation tools (e.g., SFMC, Responsys, Marketo).
Functional knowledge of HTML and SQL.
Strong understanding of large digital marketing systems.
Exceptional prioritization and project management skills.
Experience with reporting, tracking, and deriving campaign insights.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.
Familiarity with the small business landscape and online marketing and advertising preferred.
Job Type: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $52.00 per hour
