WHAT YOU'LL DO
The Senior Analyst, FP&A will support the evaluation of real estate investments aligned to a strategic, company-wide initiative. Using data driven insights, this individual will present financial models that either support or oppose investments on behalf of Primrose Schools. In addition, she/he will support the execution of our annual budgeting process including gathering relevant data to create financial models, forecasts and cash flow projections across the organization.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyze potential acquisition opportunities, including valuations, financial return analyses, etc.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, financial plans (operational and strategic), cash flow projections, and business forecasts
Develop, update, and maintain advanced financial models to budget, forecast, analyze, and report financial data
Develop and perform monthly detailed financial analysis including monitoring business results and impact to annual budgets
Drives the provision of timely, accurate, and reliable financial management information and the running and enhancement of reporting systems which facilitate the production of this management information
Completes regular and ad-hoc reporting and business reviews as well as the preparation of key presentations and special projects as required
Prepares and presents financial analysis to influence management decisions

Minimum of 3-5 years of business finance experience.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field
MBA, other advanced degrees, CPA, or CFA is a plus
Experience with cash flow modeling is required (Experience with cash flow modeling relative to real estate proformas is highly beneficial)
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including reference formulas, eg VLOOKUP and INDEX/MATCH) and proficiency with other Microsoft Office tools
Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into insights and actionable recommendations
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proven ability to balance multiple high priority tasks
Ability to consistently meet deadlines and provide well-vetted reporting and business recommendations
Highly organized, detail focused, and efficient in solving ambiguous problems
