Responsibilities
• Provide and coordinate full estimating services on heavy-civil and heavy-highway construction projects• Review specifications and plans• Attend bid meetings and site visits• Verify accuracy of quantity take-offs• Bid and pre-construction scoping• Solicit and coordinate subcontractor and supplier quotes• Prepare preliminary pre-bid schedules• Issue subcontractor award notices or letters of intent• Provide conceptual estimates for alternative delivery GMP• Coordinate bid hand-offs to project management and job supervisory team
Requirements
• Industry-specific B.S Degree or equivalent work experience• Minimum 10 years of hands-on estimating experience• Knowledge of HCSS bidding software• Located in Prescott, AZ
Key Skills Needed
• DOT experience• Highway Paving experience• Mass Excavation experience• Pipeline Construction experience• Solid working knowledge of HCSS HeavyBid Software
