Multifamily CONSTRUCTION ESTIMATOR:
· 8+ years experience in the commercial and Multifamily construction industry
· Proven stability in your career working on commercial and Multifamily projects
· Hard bid, negotiated, and conceptual estimating required
· Strong written and verbal communication skills as well as detail orientated
· BS in Construction Management or related field
