As a Senior QC Chemist, you will play a pivotal role in leading and executing QC chemistry assay validation and transfer activities. Your responsibilities will include conducting testing for drug substance and drug product release and stability, ensuring the timely generation and reporting of test results to support manufacturing operations.
In addition to assay validation and transfer, you will support routine laboratory operations, manage inventory, and lead laboratory investigations, including out-of-specification (OOS) and deviations. You will also have the opportunity to participate in internal and external GMP audits.
To excel in this role, you should have a working knowledge and hands-on experience with analytical methods such as HPLC, UPLC, and UV spectrophotometer, specifically for biological products like monoclonal antibodies. Familiarity with regulatory guidelines such as USP/EP, cGMP/EU GMP, and ICH will be essential.
