Responsibilities:
- Craft and document intricate journal entries.
- Lead the preparation, review, and supervision of monthly reconciliations, conducting in-depth analysis and research on complex ledger accounts.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to fellow team members, potentially taking on supervisory roles.
- Analyze and interpret data to offer recommendations on accounting treatment for business transactions.
- Drive operational efficiencies, actively contributing to the development, implementation, and enforcement of company policies and procedures.
- Undertake ad-hoc reporting and special projects as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent experience of 3+ years in accounting.
- Strong communication skills coupled with a thirst for knowledge.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and eagerness to progress within the company.
