Why you should join our team as a Seasonal Quality Control Tech: The primary purpose of the Seasonal Quality Control Tech is to ensure that all products are being manufactured correctly by the vendor or by Wilson Electronic employees by conducting a thorough quality control inspection. There are four potential stations for Quality Control inspections: Amplifier Final QC, Receiving QC, Antenna Final QC, and Low Volume Amp QC. You will be cross-trained and rotate as needed.
This position is based in our St. George, UT location. The wage for this position is between $15 and $17/hour depending on experience, and is eligible for a quarterly bonus and benefits.
This position is seasonal for a period of up to 6 months and employment may be eliminated during that time. There is a possibility that the position may become permanent depending upon company need and job performance.

Paid holidays Paid weekly Work for a company that focuses on promoting within This job may be for you if you have: Proven understanding and execution of 5S principles Able to perform FQC and IQC tasks with demonstrated ability to perform FQC function in a low volume and high mix environment (such as blue line) Able to make Standard reference sample Basic ESD knowledge and application Strong computer skills are required including familiarity with Windows-based programs such as Microsoft productivity tools (e.g., Excel, Word, and Outlook) The ideal candidate would also have: Willingness to be a team player Strong written and verbal communication skills (able to communicate clearly with suppliers and internal/external customers) Ability to maintain attention to detail Good communication skills An eye for details Critical thinking skills Trust-worthy Reliability and dependability Physical requirements: Must be able to constantly move about the facility Lift up to 40 lbs. at any given time Be on your feet up to 10 hours a day A background check and drug screen is required upon accepting an offer of employment.
