Responsibilities
• Creates and posts the campus' schedule• Generates required postings and manages nursing hours• Monitors overtime and manages time and attendance• Utilizes Smartlinx's functionality for scheduling• Supports and coordinates employees' PTO requests• Attends meetings to discuss scheduling needs and issues• Makes staffing adjustments according to budgetary constraints and staff availability• Anticipates staffing needs and works to minimize open positions• Assists in onboarding new employees and ensures a smooth transition• Participates in facility surveys and maintains Mentor and Preceptor program• Assists with tracking PPD's and maintains ordering and stocking of supplies• Participates in the Meal Manager program
Requirements
• Associate degree in business related field or equivalent• 2-3 years administrative and/or healthcare experience• Exemplary computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite• Must be able to lift at least 50lbs• Must be able to maintain communication with various individuals
