We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team and drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in keeping our company competitive and innovative. Your responsibilities will include maximizing the potential of our sales team, developing strategic sales plans, and effectively communicating with both internal and external stakeholders. We are looking for an analytical individual with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for coaching and developing others.
Responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets by effectively managing the sales team
Develop and execute strategic business plans to expand our customer base and strengthen our market presence
Recruit, train, and coach sales representatives
Present sales reports, revenue forecasts, and expenses to senior management
Stay informed about market trends, emerging markets, and competitor activities
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the sales team
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Hire and train Sales Representatives
Manage job listings and placements
Conduct Zoom meetings and weekly training sessions
Oversee the daily workflow and scheduling of Sales Team staff
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback
Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy
Duties/Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Sales Manager to establish sales goals and develop scripts
Monitor and review phone calls for quality assurance and compliance
Measure team performance, communicate goals, and motivate Sales Representatives
Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports
Resolve customer complaints and grievances
Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proven ability to motivate and manage a team
Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum three years of successful Sales Team experience required
