Knowledgeable in processing of "on behalf of" orders, quotes Knowledgeable and effective when assisting dealers/distributors with entry methods and special pricing. Understands the customer service process, warranties and processing of field service orders. Knowledgeable of order the order flow process: from customer through manufacturing to shipping Ability to manage all types of order change requests and communicate order change costs to the customer. Good communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to learn all aspects of Marvin and Integrity products and services. Self-motivated and self-directed, demonstrating a reliable work ethic Strong Interpersonal skills Organizational skills Ability to multi-task Is a dependable team-player. Two-year degree or 3 years of work experience.
