Job Summary:
As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving the growth of our organization through new business acquisition in construction and service sales.
Essential Job Duties:
Generate sales leads and promote our services, including fire alarm systems, low voltage solutions, clean agents, and security systems.
Conduct both outside and inside sales activities, targeting various construction projects and building types.
Lead the sales process from initial contact to contract acquisition, nurturing client relationships along the way.
Develop proposals, follow up on leads, and close sales effectively.
Maintain clear communication with management regarding proposal status and sales progress.
Attend meetings, both internal and external, to coordinate project details and represent the company professionally.
Provide general support to project managers and the design department as needed.
Assist with marketing efforts to promote our brand and services.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in business development or fire life safety sales.
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle and acceptable driving record.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and perform various physical tasks as needed.
Comfortable working indoors in office or remote settings, with occasional travel required.
Willingness to adhere to company safety policies and wear appropriate personal protective equipment when necessary.
