Got Gear Motorsports is looking for a proven sales professional to lead our team as Sales Manager at our Ridgeland, MS location.
As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the Sales department at our busy dealership which features a great inventory including many popular motorcycle/UTV/ATV/PWC brands plus a variety of pre-owned vehicles. You will recruit, hire, train, and coach a team of sales professionals tasked with getting the customer on the right powersports vehicle, not just any powersports vehicle. You will also serve as a role model in delivering exceptional customer service to every customer, every time.
The role also comes with a variety of other responsibilities, including inventory management, developing promotional campaigns, establishing individual sales quotas, ensuring vehicles are displayed in an attractive manner, and working closely with the dealership's General Manager to make sure sales goals are met.

Qualifications :
1. Sales Experience: Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets, ideally in the Powersports or automotive industry.
2. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities to motivate and guide the sales team effectively.
3. Customer-Centric: A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a keen understanding of customer needs and preferences.
4. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers, team members, and other departments.
5. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, events, and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
6. Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address sales-related challenges and implement effective solutions.
7. Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Powersports products and the broader industry will be advantageous.
8. Computer Literacy: Proficiency in using sales software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
