Responsibilities
• Manage all operational aspects including driving memberships and promoting retail sales• Strive for continuous growth and analyze business performance• Resolve customer challenges while maintaining a safe environment• Empower team members to improve and grow• Improve sales systems, policies, and processes• Manage and increase effectiveness and efficiency of Wellness Consultants• Play a role in the growth of the location's Skin Care business• Conduct staff meetings and present on relevant issues• Responsible for inventory of supplies, equipment, and retail products• Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Management and sales experience, preferably in a personal service environment• Ability to build relationships, motivate, coach, and support a team• Superior sales closing skills• Strong workplace culture and ability to resolve issues quickly• Clear communication, organizational planning, and time management• Positive team spirit, respect for others, and integrity• Flexibility and ability to handle change and unexpected events• Ability to speak persuasively and participate in meetings• Continuous improvement, monitoring own work, and building knowledge• Full knowledge of crisis management procedures and media protocols
