Position Available: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
We're on the lookout for a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team at a leading virtual insurance business. As an SDR, you'll play a pivotal role in our growth journey by spearheading lead generation efforts through proactive outreach via calls and emails. Key Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound calls and emails to cultivate leads and schedule meetings
Assess lead quality and gather pertinent information to facilitate smooth handover to the sales team
Devise and execute effective email campaigns targeting prospective clients
Employ cold calling strategies to promote and sell our suite of products and services
Foster and nurture strong connections with potential and existing clients
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within our CRM system
Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets and objectives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or lead generation
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
Demonstrated proficiency in building and sustaining client relationships
Competency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Self-motivated with a penchant for independent work
