SUMMARY The primary function of the Sales Consultant is to increase sales and market share for Catalyst. The Sales Consultant maintains a service and growth strategy for existing accounts and secures new customer business. Utilizing a mindset that always put the needs of the client first, you establish yourself as a trusted advisor in planning discussions. After a prospect becomes a client, you will manage expectations from the outset of a project to the finish line working with your team members.

Market Presence - You have strong relationships in the industry; Commercial Real Estate Brokers, A&D Influencers and Developers, and landlord relationships are well established. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Customer-Centric Focus Create and lead strategies to stimulate business development, revenue, and margin growth with new and existing customers. Build and maintain comprehensive understanding of customer's corporate goals, business practices and key performance indicators. Foster productive business relationships and strengthen ties with industry influencers. Work with customer support to provide timely responses to customer requests for products, services, and/or information. Position Focus & Key Outcomes Model expert prospecting skills to identify new opportunities with both new and existing customers. Manage a regularly updated business plan. Be fluent in the Catalyst brand and market differentiators. Close business from both new and existing customers. Annual sales expectation of +$4M-6M Business Acumen Track all leads, prospects, and customer opportunities in CRM. Maintain profitable customer relationships and manage contract terms & conditions. Negotiate contracts, pricing and discounts. Provide accurate sales forecasts and projections. Meet or exceed sales targets determined with Sales Leadership. Organizational Interface Work cooperatively with internal and external team members; including interface with Catalyst teams and other manufacturers, subcontractors, etc. Attend all internal sales and team meetings. Participate as a positive team member with all Catalyst personnel. Model and practice Catalyst values. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Four-year college degree preferred; diploma in construction, design, or architecture ideal.
