WHAT YOU'LL DO: Handle calls through a blended call queue working customers through the sales cycle. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service. Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer's requirements. Recommend solutions by cross-selling and upselling. Accurately take and process orders. Requirements 1+ years of sales experience is an asset, but not required. Hospitality or call center experience is an asset, but not required. Excellent communication and written skills Computer skills including typing, navigating multiple tabs, windows, and systems. Passionate about resolving issues and creating a great customer experience. Dynamic personality with high energy Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
