A Day in the Life of Our Sales and Marketing Manager
As our Sales and Marketing Manager, you will thrive in our fast-paced and collaborative environment. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing a team of approximately 5-7 individuals in the Sales & Marketing departments, providing support and guidance as needed.
Overseeing the Marketing Department, including activities such as website management, SEO, social media management, and creation of sales collateral.
Directly managing the Sales Department, including Sales Associates and Customer Service Representatives, to ensure optimal customer experience and sales performance.
Utilizing CRM systems effectively to streamline sales and customer relationship management processes.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize data usage and support sales and marketing initiatives.
Actively participating in direct sales activities and contributing to the achievement of company goals.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
Minimum of 2 years of Direct Sales or Marketing Experience.
Minimum of 2 years of Management Experience.
Associates Degree or higher (Business or Marketing specialization preferred).
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities.
Proficiency in computer skills, including CRM platforms.
Typing speed of 45+ WPM with touch typing capability.
Willingness to work in-office approximately 60% of the time.
Typical Work Schedule
This is a full-time position with a typical schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for work-life balance. Initially, the role requires full-time in-office presence during the training period, transitioning to partial remote work with three days in-office per week.
