Responsibilities Coordinates, supervises and implements patient care based on competence, professional expertise, knowledge and evidence-based practice. Practice autonomously, consistent with professional standards, Nurse Practice Act and hospital . Input, extract, and evaluate data for meaningful use and patient centered medical home. Responsible for direct patient care, to include rooming, obtaining vitals, patient assessment & education, and discharge planning.
Qualifications Minimum Required Qualifications:
Greater than two years of RN experience
Completion of RN program
AZ RN license or RN License from a Compact State, and
American Heart Association Basic Life Support ( BLS ).
Pay Range $33.60 – $48.73 /hour
