Responsibilities
• Perform accurate and timely patient assessments• Develop holistic plans of care based on assessments and desired outcomes• Safely implement and delegate the plan of care• Evaluate the patient plan of care continuously• Communicate effectively with patients/families and health team members• Promote professional practice of nursing care team members
Requirements
• Graduate of an accredited nursing school• Licensed to practice as a professional nurse in the state• Possess BLS certification (effective June 1, 2018)• Bachelor's degree or higher in nursing OR currently enrolled in an accredited nursing program• Ability to read and write effectively• Analytical skills to assess complex patient conditions• Ability to handle and administer narcotics• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.• Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, sit, squat, kneel, reach, bend, crawl, and twist
