Revenue Specialist

We are seeking an assistant accounts payable & billing representative for a local manufacturing warehouse in the Broken Arrow area! The Revenue Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely billing and collection of revenue for the company. This includes verifying information, submitting invoices to companies and following up on unpaid invoices. The Revenue Specialist also works with customers and account managers to resolve billing issues. Ideal candidates will exhibit at least (1) year of billing experience, & exhibit critical thinking when collaborating within the organization.

Hours: 6:00a - 9:00a flexible start times - (8) hours worked each day Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 Job Duties and Responsibilities: Generate and distribute invoices Accounts payable & billing Verify information in system, invoice and submit to customers Follow up on unpaid invoices and resolve billing issues Post payments and maintain accurate account records Prepare and submit reports on billing activity Work with other departments to ensure efficient revenue cycle management Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent (1) year minimum billing experience Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite About Barracuda Staffing & Consulting: Barracuda Staffing & Consulting connects dynamic employers to top talent.
