Responsibilities
• Engaging and interacting with all customers• Adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards• Cross-training to work in multiple areas of the store• Role modeling customer experience practices• Promoting credit and loyalty programs• Following merchandising procedures and standards• Processing and preparing merchandise for the sales floor• Participating in store recovery as needed• Providing and accepting ongoing recognition and feedback• Adhering to labor laws, policies, and procedures• Supporting store shrink reduction goals and programs• Participating in safety awareness and maintenance of a risk-free environment• Performing assigned duties

• Possessing excellent customer service skills• Able to work a flexible schedule• Having strong organizational skills with attention to detail• Capable of balancing multiple tasks• Having strong communication skills• Capable of lifting heavy objects• Working effectively with peers and supervisors• Retail customer experience preferred
