Job summary
The Retail Associate is responsible for ensuring our Customers have a positive shopping experience.They are expected to be engaged in tasks assigned during all working hours.Additional tasks may be requested to achieve customer service and operational goals.

Responsibilities
• Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment for everyone.• Treat all Customers and Associates with respect and courtesy.• Assist Customers with merchandise and provide prompt and efficient responses.• Perform cleaning tasks, maintain a professional appearance, and adhere to dress code.• Perform daily assigned sizing and recovery per company best practice.• Merchandise newly received items per company guidelines.• Understand Loss Prevention Awareness program and merchandise protection standards.• Demonstrate integrity and honesty in all interactions.• Follow all policies and procedures related to cash, checks, and refunds.• Maximize productivity by executing all Store best practices.
Requirements
• Effectively communicate with Customers, Associates, and Store Leadership.• Perform basic mathematical calculations used in retail environments.• Ability to use Store equipment and perform physical tasks.• Some assignments may have additional qualifications and skills.
