Job summary
The Retail Associate is responsible for ensuring our Customers have a positive shopping experience.They greet and assist customers, maintain a safe and clean store environment, and handle customer issues.The Associate performs various tasks in all areas of the Store as needed.

Responsibilities
• Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment• Provide excellent customer service• Assist customers with merchandise and answer questions• Handle customer issues and escalate when necessary• Maintain merchandise presentation and cleanliness• Perform daily assigned tasks to keep the store organized• Merchandise newly received items and replenish the sales floor• Be aware of loss prevention and merchandise protection standards• Follow cash and refund procedures accurately• Maximize productivity by following store best practices
Requirements
• Effective communication skills• Basic mathematical calculations• Ability to use store equipment and janitorial supplies• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, climb, carry, push, pull, and lift• Additional qualifications may be required for specific assignments
