Restaurant Manager

Gecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Kitchen Manager in the Golden area. The ideal Restaurant Kitchen Manager should cultivate a vibrant atmosphere with excellent food, enforces quality and cleanliness standards, guides staff, represents the brand, and handles financial aspects for operational success. Responsibilities: Create a vibrant atmosphere through exceptional food offerings. Maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and processes for the kitchen staff. Provide training, guidance, and act as a brand representative. Optimize financial performance, manage food costs, and oversee inventory and reporting. Compensation and Benefits: Salary: up to $65,000 Bonus Potential Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance Paid Vacation 401k Requirements: Minimum of 2-3 years current experience as a Restaurant Kitchen Manager in a Full Service concept. High volume background – must have Restaurant Manager experience in establishments doing over $3 million in sales per year. Ability to maintain high levels of food quality, consistency, and hygiene. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees. Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed. Restaurant Kitchen Manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&Ls, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
