Responsibilities
• Oversee FOH & BOH operations• Ensure guest service & food quality standards are upheld• Minimize operating costs and boost employee retention• Deliver a positive dining experience for guests
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or similar experience in the hospitality industry preferred• Familiarity with restaurant management software, like Aloha/Toast• Good math and reporting skills• Customer service attitude• Communication and team management abilities• Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends)• High school diploma; additional certification in hospitality is a plus
