Residential Painter

BF Maintenance LLC is looking for a Painter to join our growing team! Seeking a self-motivated, experienced, and quality-focused individual. All project properties are located within 40 miles of the Pottstown, PA area. This is a full-time position.Responsibilities:Perform surface preparation by cleaning, sanding, and masking as requiredApply paint using brushing, rolling, and spray techniquesOperate sprayers efficiently and effectivelyFollow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work areaComplete assigned painting projects within given deadlinesWork independently or as part of a team, as requiredWillingness to assist with other light general maintenance tasks as neededQualifications:Standing for a prolonged period of timeWorking on laddersLifting and carrying heavy equipmentReliable transportationWillingness to travel up to 40 miles from Pottstown, PAValid driver's license with good driving backgroundAbout Company:BF Maintenance is a small construction company that oversees residential remodels as well as maintenance in a variety of single-family and multi-family properties.
