JOIN OUR TEAM AS A RESIDENT/OFFICE ENGINEER! WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
EBA Engineering, Inc. (EBA) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Resident/Office Engineer to join our Construction Management and Inspection team! If you are a resident engineer with a keen eye for detail and a background in airport facility projects, we invite you to apply! YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Provide technical assistance to project team members as required
•Conduct site visits to monitor project advancement and identify issues
•Prepare and distribute progress reports and status updates to project stakeholders
•Develop and manage submittals along with a submittals log
•Record all payments and maintain supporting documentation
•Lead progress meetings and prepare and distribute the minutes and agenda
•Develop and prepare RFI and change order request logs
•Supervise all materials testing and maintain testing and certification records
•Prepare detailed cost estimates
•Mentor and lead a team of inspectors
•Maintain a daily diary and develop project progress reports
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
•Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture
•Airport construction management experience
•Excellent written and oral communication skills
•Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
•Strong attention to detail
•Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
•Experience as a Resident Engineer, Resident Architect, or Office Engineer specializing in airport or transportation facilities
•A Maryland Professional Engineers license, Project Management Professional license, American Institute of Architecture, or Certified Construction Manager
