What you'll do: Lead the development, facilitation, and implementation of continuous quality improvement (CQI) activities as required by federal funding. Analyze Office of Childhood program needs using research and fact-finding techniques. Analyze indicators in conjunction with others analysts, identify potential errors, and recommend necessary corrective actions. Assist with administration of home visiting data in the REDCap system. Monitor the quality of data gathered through web-based systems. Prepare data and corresponding explanations for trends, as needed, for required reports. Respond to internal and external data requests. All you need for success: Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in data science, mathematics, computer science, finance, or other related area. OR Four or more years of professional or technical experience in providing statistics, data collection, data management, or research, and possession of a high school diploma or high school equivalency.
