Research Coordinator

The Research Coordinator is responsible for direct coordination of research studies conducted at Peak; assisting with recruitment, enrollment, grant submissions, research data collection and reporting, and study coordination activities.  The Research Coordinator acts as a liaison between Peak and external funding agencies and ensures accurate execution of research protocols in accordance with Good Clinical Practices, HIPPA and provides support to health care providers, research nurses and ancillary departments to assure care is provided per protocol standards.  They may interface directly with patients in support of the clinical trials and provide mentorship and professional guidance to investigators, nurses, and ancillary staff. 
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required Minimum of 2 years of previous research experience preferred Knowledge and understanding of FDA and federal regulations regarding research Knowledge of GCP, ICH, and HIPAA guidelines Familiarity with database programs, data management, medical terminology, and experience working with clinical trial data required Gastro Care Partners is the national partner for successful regional gastroenterology practices.
