Job Description:

Entergy is seeking a Remote Customer Care Manager to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Care Manager will be responsible for overseeing the customer service team and ensuring exceptional service delivery to all clients.

Responsibilities:1. Manage and lead a team of remote customer service representatives.2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates.3. Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.4. Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement.5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve processes.6. Provide ongoing training and support to customer service team members.7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.8. Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure resolution.9. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.10. Foster a positive and supportive work environment for the customer service team.

Requirements:1. 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Confident and energetic personality.3. Strong persuasion and cooperation skills.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5. Ability to work remotely and lead a team effectively.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.7. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.8. Availability to work part-time hours as needed.
