Job Description:
We are seeking a Remote Client Support Manager to join our team at WestRock in Indianapolis, Indiana. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with 7 years of experience at a mid-to-senior level. As the Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients remotely.
Responsibilities:1. Manage and build strong relationships with clients through remote communication channels.2. Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.3. Collaborate with different departments within the company to resolve client issues.4. Provide product and service knowledge to clients and assist with any troubleshooting needs.5. Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement in our client support processes.6. Lead a team of remote client support specialists and provide guidance and mentorship.7. Develop and implement strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction.
Requirements:1. 7 years of experience in a client support role.2. Motivated and passionate individual with excellent communication skills.3. Strong people management and negotiation skills.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.5. Proficiency in remote communication tools and technology.6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
