Remote Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Alaska Air Group is seeking a Remote Client Relations Officer to join our team in Washington, D.C., US. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for a dedicated and resourceful individual with at least 1 year of experience in client relations or a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Act as a liaison between clients and the company, ensuring excellent communication and customer service- Manage and resolve client inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner- Conduct research to understand client needs and preferences- Provide leadership and guidance to clients on company products and services- Maintain accurate client records and documentation

Requirements:- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting- Proficient in research and problem-solving- Previous experience in client relations or a related field is preferred- Must be resourceful and dedicated to providing exceptional service to clients
