Responsibilities
• Provide competent nursing care in a safe and consistent manner• Respond to telephonic requests in a dependable manner• Provide triage and symptom management to patients• Utilize standardized protocols for medication management• Conduct thorough and accurate reviews of patient medications• Provide comprehensive education and direct patient care• Collaborate and monitor the implementation of care plans• Form relationships with patients and caregivers• Create a welcoming and engaging environment• Delegate activities to other clinical care team members• Participate in care team meetings• Deliver an exceptional patient experience• Perform point of care testing and procedures• Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure• BLS Certification• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality• US work authorization• Ability to assess patients without face-to-face interaction• Strong communication and assessment skills• Ability to collaborate and communicate with care team• Excellent computer skills• Effective problem solving and prioritization skills
Key Skills Needed
