Are you an experienced Home Care RN who is passionate about providing top-notch care to clients in the comfort of their own homes? Griswold Mercer and Middlesex Counties is currently looking for someone like you to join our team! As the Home Care RN, you will be responsible for preparing clients initial plan of care, reviewing case notes every 30 days, completing 60-day home visits, supervising CHHA's, including competency and skills checklist during orientation.
