Registered Behavior Therapist

Join our team in Wyoming, Delaware, where you'll have the opportunity to utilize your skills to provide essential behavioral support services to students in a school setting.We are seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT) to join our team and support students with diverse needs. In this role, you will work closely with students, school staff, and families to implement behavior intervention plans and promote positive behavioral outcomes.Responsibilities:Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to address the individual needs of students.Provide direct support and intervention to students to help them develop and maintain appropriate behaviors.Collect data on student behavior and progress towards goals, and make data-driven decisions to adjust interventions as needed.Collaborate with school staff and families to ensure consistency in implementing behavior management strategies across settings.Communicate effectively with students, school personnel, and families to provide updates on student progress and collaborate on strategies for success.Participate in team meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support the academic, social, and emotional development of students.Participate in professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA).Qualifications:Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.Experience working with children or adolescents with behavioral challenges preferred.Strong understanding of behavior analysis principles and techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.If you are passionate about supporting students' behavioral success and are eager to join a dynamic team in Wyoming, Delaware, we want to hear from you!Equal Opportunity Employer: ATC Healthcare Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
