Position Title: Regional Sales Executive
Are you passionate about making an impact in the multifamily industry? We're seeking a dynamic and empathetic Regional Sales Executive to join our team, dedicated to promoting resident-facing amenities and fostering meaningful connections within the Chicago metro area.

Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate relationships with prospective clients to drive revenue and exceed monthly targets.
Maintain client retention while enhancing revenue from existing clients.
Develop strong partnerships with property managers, regional managers, and property owners.
Build a robust pipeline through networking and outbound lead generation techniques.
Provide exceptional follow-up on leads and support clients during transition and launch phases.
Conduct start-up orientations to align service objectives with client needs.
Qualifications:
Preferably, experience in multifamily industry sales.
Minimum 3 years of consultative sales experience in a B2B environment.
Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives.
Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
Valid driver's license required.
