Job Duties: Responsible for managing all of the assigned recruiting activity, for developing and maintaining relationships, following internal recruiting process, retaining adequate records related to recruitment.100% On-site – Remote work not available Partner with department management to identify recruitment needs and position requirements. Selects appropriate candidates for open positions through resume screening and the interview process. Conducts multiple interviews per day with potential candidates. Develops recruitment strategies and policies, including but not limited to, online sourcing, ads, brochures, orientations, recruitment success. Tracks, measures and reports on recruitment success. Participate in job fairs both for industry and college campuses. Experience requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred.1+ years' experience with recruiting Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent customer service/consulting/collaborating skills Ability to prioritize and make sound decisions Must be able to interact with all levels and disciplines of employees.
