Responsibilities Centennial Peaks Hospital has been providing psychiatric services to the Denver-metro area for more than 30 years. Located in beautiful Louisville, CO, our 104-bed facility provides a peaceful setting for those seeking treatment for mental illness including chemical dependency. Centennial Peaks offers unique and individualized programming for adolescents and adults that sets us apart from many other treatment facilities. Our dynamic leadership team includes a seasoned nursing department. Our hospital is fortunate to provide Electroconvulsive Therapy, Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization Programs in addition to inpatient services.

Centennial Peaks Hospital is looking for a customer service focused Evening Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist must have a professional demeanor, superb communication skills, and etiquette.

Position Summary The Receptionist is responsible for greeting and assisting all visitors while providing a positive, responsive environment, both in person and while on the phone, notifying providers of patient arrivals, maintaining office inventory and equipment by anticipating supply needs and other clerical duties as required. Hours and Days Required: 4:00pm to 9:00pm, Monday thru Thursday

Qualifications Qualifications A minimum of a High School Diploma with patient care experience is required. Post-secondary training or education in related field with experience preferred. Previous experience with telephone switchboard systems. This individual must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Diplomacy and discretion are essential. This individual must have the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities. Professional demeanor and appearance required. Excellent telephone etiquette and tact; pleasant and audible speech, with good enunciation; flexibility; ability to interact effectively with persons of widely diverse roles, backgrounds, cultures, and socio-economic classes, those in crises or resistant or negative toward organization; ability to remain seated at switchboard for long periods without significant discomfort or distress.
