About the Role:
As a vibrant Real Estate Business Development Representative, you will be instrumental in uncovering and qualifying potential opportunities, guiding them seamlessly through our internal pipeline towards a successful transition to the onboarding phase. The ideal candidate embodies the essence of our company, equipped with a deep understanding of our internal operations and industry dynamics, including financial trends and returns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the Director of Real Estate to articulate Barsala's value proposition concisely yet compellingly, facilitating meetings with key stakeholders such as C-level decision-makers or owners of Class-A multi-family assets.
- Drive the expansion of our pipeline by engaging with owners of Class-A multi-family assets.
- Meticulously manage a diverse pipeline of opportunities, shepherding each through various stages of the acquisition process.
- Ensure accuracy of all inputs and assumptions in our proprietary pro-forma analytics before engagements with multifamily developer owners.
- Provide support in contract preparation by creating exhibits, drafting letters of intent, and conducting thorough reviews.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate or as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
- Proven track record of competitiveness and success.
- Inherent drive and energy, with a penchant for closing deals and delivering outstanding performance while positioning the company for optimal success.
- Adaptability to navigate challenging situations both internally and externally, with the confidence to negotiate effectively and overcome obstacles.
- Ability to thrive in a remote work environment.

Salary Range:
- Base pay: $55,000-$65,000.
- Total compensation estimate: $70,000-$80,000.
