Responsibilities
• Track important dates and time limits for transactions and notify stakeholders• Fill out paperwork and file in customer database• Fulfill client requests for information and transaction services• Achieve company objectives and compile progress reports• Assist the Listing Manager• Maintain social media presence• Manage Referral Program• Manage Review Program• Create listing Marketing• Answer phones• Enter information into the MLS
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer database systems• Real estate license or working towards one• Great written and verbal skills• Previous experience in the real estate industry• Prior administrative real estate experience
