Responsibilities As directed by the physician, determines positioning of the patients to ensure set-up accessibility, practicality, and reproducibility. Ensures -up instructions, treatment parameters, and proper documentation for procedures performed are documented in the patient's chart. Ensures that relevant information is on the physician's order sheet and/or treatment prescription and that all necessary documentation is available and correct before commencing with a procedure. Fabricates individualized immobilization devices ensuring patient comfort and structural integrity of each device. Also aides in fabrication of other custom devices as directed by the physician, physicist or dosimetrist. set Qualifications Graduation from an accredited program in Radiation Therapy Technology or has Radiation Therapy Technology Certification
American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (T) required
Current licensure as a Radiologic Technologist in Arkansas required
Current healthcare provider BLS CPR certification within 30 days of employment
